At Paul Fredrick, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly fitted, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 90 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
